Website Revision - Fund Raiser

We want to revise the website and bring it up to current Web 2.0 standards. As some of you know the site was done gratis and we've had it hosted for free too for the past 15 years. It's getting harder to keep in touch and up to date with everyone and I don't have time to update the site manually and personally any longer. So... we're going to rebuild it from the ground up as they say.

It will be a database driven site where each of us have our own account, username and login just like you do with Facebook or LinkedIn or any of the other social sites. While this kind of site is not inexpensive, I am going to have my company do it just pay for the design and programming AKA better than wholesale. But we need to raise some funds for this and for the host which will be $90/year.

Our current goal is to raise a minimum of $1,500 to cover the site cost (normally for what we want to do about $3,500). We have some money in SHS69 bank too, but I'd like not have to tap into this if possible because we need this for mailings and also for hosting.
