Printed Photo - If you don't have a digital image (see below), please send a printed photo (no transparencies or slides please). We're using a "tall" versus wide format so tall pix are better than wide ones for cropping. But I'll take whatever you send. Take a look at the other pictures in the book so far to see what I mean. Digital Photo - If you've got a scanner and know how to do this, please email a recent GIF or JPEG that is cropped to:

160W x 200H pixels at 72 dpi

Please don't email any huge non-GIF or non-JPG photos over 200K. Only web-ready images, please. If you can't get me a digital pic, not to worry, snail mail me a printed photo.

2) Brief Description:

So what have you been doing these past 30 years? Please email some words about yourself between 500 to 750 words to go with your picture. It can be about anything such as: what you've done, what you're doing, what you're going to do, what you think or feel, or whatever it is that's so, "you."

And by the way, there's no rule that you have to write in 3rd person, this isn't a job interview :)
